Sauvignon Blanc, the perfect summer wine, boasting crisp coolness on the tongue. I’m not often disappointed when I get my wine box monthly from WINC. This Sav had me a little on the fence though.
Taste: You’ll immediately get the flavor of crisp green apples on the tongue. Very cool and refreshing, and will go really well with a meal as this Sav will refresh the palate easily. On the finish, it was pretty sour, which is what has me a bit on the fence about whether I love it or not. I enjoyed drinking it, but it’s most certainly not my favorite Sauvignon Blanc. Overall I will give this wine a 6 out of 10.
