Some say that Rosé is to be enjoyed during the Summer season, and let me just say that I have been indulging! But truthfully I know that Rosé can be enjoyed ANY time of the year! This weeks review is on a delicious wine that I received from my WINC order for August. If you are interested in trying WINC wine subscription, CLICK HERE to read my post about using their subscription.
TASTE: The taste is delicious! It’s one of the best Rose’s I’ve had and I wouldn’t say that it’s my favorite grape. If you know me I’m all about the dark grapes and a lot of tannins. Sauvetage Rosé has the tasting notes of floral and fruit and it is also very aromatic. The flavor profile had layers, which I love, I was able to get a few different harmonious notes of fruit and flowers. I enjoyed this bottle with Salmon, asparagus, and mushrooms.
PRICE: The price was great being that it came with my monthly subscription running at about $13/bottle.
Again, I cannot say enough about WINC I have consistently been getting quality wine from these guys. If you would like to check them out, CLICK HERE TO GET $22 OFF YOUR FIRST ORDER!!
